We’ve batched out three renditions for this release (more to come), all brewed with a base malt of maris otter then topped heavily with light and dark crystal malts, chocolate malts, and black malts. Fermented clean in stainless before aging for over 18 months in bourbon barrels from our friends down the way Black Dirt Distillery.
Pulling nails, we knew we needed to bottle this particular batch and condition with some of our favorite flavor profiles that work well with Black Gold’s velvety dark chocolate profiles.
