IPA brewed with our standard hazy grain bill, but pitched with belgian yeast and hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe & Citra. An extra dry hazy delight that has a bit of spicy hay funk, with notes of ripe grapefruit, passionfruit and overripe peach.

I really like this Belgian IPA style. Start colder. Fruity, citrus and stone fruit, a bit dank, smoother MF. The Belgian yeast makes a difference. Best in a tulip.
