The first release of the Odyssey series, the Embark is crafted from 1 part of an imperial stout that was fermented and aged in a set of Blackland Distilling Rye Whiskey Barrels for 8 months, and then blended with a second Imperial Stout that was aged in a set of Balcones Pot Still Bourbon Barrels for 14 months.
