This beer is a semi hazy caramel color with a quick, fizzy head that leaves no lace on the glass. It has a slight bready smell to it with European style grassy, floral and spicy hop notes. It also has a slightly sweet white grape juice smell with it that has some notes of basil in it as well. The taste is very unique- it is like a semi dry prosecco or Chardonnay with a very clean and crisp European lager taste to it. It finishes with some malty and bread flavor and ends on a nice dry hop flavor with no after taste. It has lots of fine bubbles to it that complement it well making it very crisp and refreshing. Overall really good.

375 ml corked & caged green bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 6.2%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Nice aroma of "spicy" saison yeast, and white grape must or white wine of "spicy" grape varieties, notes of cellar and oak. Very dry and crisp flavour, notes of brut sparkling white wine, some yeasty notes, the bitterness is very moderate.
