400ml on tap at Archea brewing in Florence (Firenze).
Pours with a light haze, big head, golden yellow, moderate carbonation, pillowy as it fades away. Smell is light apricot. Wood, something clean but not lemon or pine. Taste is soft, enveloping, creamy, more cooked stonefruit. Oxidation clear but not obnoxious. Mouthfeel is soft, smooth, dry. Overall, quite nice.
