Brewed with our friends at Studio Brewing, this farmhouse ale was crafted using premium Pilsner Malt, spelt, flaked rice and hopped with Azacca and Lemondrop. Blended from stainless and barrels, this brew was fermented using a mixed culture of saison and Brettanomyces yeast, then conditioned on grapefruit peel.

A-pour is a light gold from the can to a hazy gold in the glass with a medium size white head leaving a fine spotty lacing along the tulip , last pour has some funk to it
S-saison & brett yeast
T-bit tart at the start , slight bitterness , grapefruit zest on the swallow
MF-ok carbonation , big medium body
