Double Decocted 100% Barke Pilsner malt, boiled for 10 hours to create caramel sweetness and to concentrate the malt flavors and color. Fermented icey cold with original Bohemian Pilsner yeast and lagered for 22 weeks in Willet Bourbon barrels.
