An over hopped German Pilsner brewed with 100% Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt, double decocted and lagered in white wine barrels. Hopped through out the boil with German grown Hüll Melon and Diamant. Not your typical pilsner, aromas of rock melon, lime zest, and spring blossoms balance the rich pilsner malt and slight honey character. Dry, Bitter, Fun, Drinking Beer.

Another absolute triumph from the folks at Barrique.
Just a dead spot on example that is better than almost every other German pils I've ever had (see Tannenzapfle..Smith and Lentz makes a killer example too)..
Wonderfully crisp with a gentle bitterness and sweetness that do a great job of complementing one another...
Bright and crisp... really balanced and refreshing...I could drink a whole lot of this in one sitting...a whole lot...
Just delicious...
