Served in an oversized stemless wine glass
This beer pours a brilliant golden hue. It is topped with a mountain of beige head that coats the side of the glass.
Nice lemon aroma with enough biscuity malt aroma to stand up to it.
Lemon flavor upfront. I get a mild, minerally bitterness. Some biscuit through the middle. Lemon with mild bitterness in the finish.
Medium bodied with a pillowy mouthfeel
I came for the sours. I stayed for the lagers.
