Edelhopfen-Pils

German for “Noble hop pilsner,” Edelhopfen-Pils is a Northern German style Pilsner hopped with each of the four original Noble hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh, Saaz, Tettnang, and Spalt. We step mashed using heirloom German pilsner malt from @weyermann_specialty_malts for a simple yet elegant base, double decocted for enhanced malt complexity, then lagered in barrels. An incredibly crisp and clean lager, Edelhopfen-Pils is pleasantly floral with a touch of spice on the nose, featuring notes of lemon, herbal citrus, cracker, and a hint of freshly cut grass.
