Brewed in collaboration with von Trapp Brewing in Stowe, Vermont and named in honor of their Director of Brewing Operation's dog. Brewed with Weyermann Specialty Malts Pilsner Munich and Rye malts. Hopped with Northern Brewer hops and fermented with lager yeast at a warmer than typical temperature, true to style.
