Cloudy, pale straw colored body. Fizzy head eats itself during the pour. No lacing.
Aroma of sweet funk - leather and tobacco, along with oak, lemon, and fruit rind.
Taste is sour throughout, with bits of sweetness here and there. Flavors of lemon, oak, fruit rind, and funk - grass, hay, leather, and tobacco. Aftertaste gets devoid of fruit flavors quickly, and leaves behind the sour funk.
More than medium mouthfeel. Very fizzy as the sip passes through the mouth. Very drying finish. Good carbonation.
After several sips the taste of watermelon rind becomes more discernable .
