A staff favorite returns with the fourth iteration on our Bəˈrēk series of Czech pilsners, this time clocking in at 11°P! Brewed with 100% Czech grown Pilsner malt from Raven Trading and hopped entirely with Czech grown Saaz, Spencer triple decocted per Czech tradition for heightened malt complexity, a soft orange hue, and a 13 hour brew day. Supremely easy drinking, Bəˈrēk 11° has a light honeyed sweetness, grassy floral tones, and a sturdy malt profile, transporting you to the breezy European countryside.

Thanks to @papagoose03 for this in-person trade.
From the can this pours as expected, with a clear golden yellow. Light foaming dissipates quickly. Light hop notes on the nose, with some grassy character coming across. The sip follows, with more of a hop presence. Although this can has some age on it it’s still drinking wonderfully.
