Canned 9/17/24, purchased from the brewery, into a pils glass. Color is dead on perfect, pale gold with light white foam. Aroma not as strong as I would've expected from the hop dose on this one but still impressive. Extremely dank and resinous, lots of pine and grapefruit as well. Intense vegetal aromas. Flavor follows the nose with an aggressive cannabis flavor. Very drawn out bitter finish, tons of pine. Plenty of juicy grapefruit and some white wine funk as well. Mouthfeel is smooth but snappy and ends with an extremely drying, puckering bitterness.
This is supposed to be over 100 IBUs but is so incredibly drinkable I don't know if there's something wrong with me or it's wizardry. At 10% you can drink this stuff like Zombie Dust. Another incredible beer more people need to try.
