A traditional London-style Porter fermented in our custom oak Burton union, naturally fined, and conditioned in Firkin casks. Brewed with Simpson’s Best Pale Malt along with a diverse variety of crystal, brown, and chocolate malts to provide a sweet aroma with notes of fresh hot cocoa and semi-bitter baking chocolate.
