NandIstadt is our rare ode to a simple and classic German Pilsner, using traditional German ingredients. Naming this beer after the beautiful town in the oldest hop-growing region in the world was the natural choice.
Brewed with our favorite heirloom pilsner malt from @weyermann, single decocted. Thoroughly hopped with pellets and whole leaf of the GOAT hop, hallertau mittelfrüh. Crisp, refreshing, with grassy and floral hop notes.

Beautiful German crusher. Bready & grassy on the nose - medium sweetness. Palate contrasts with floral bitterness, biscuit, and a touch of citrus. A clean, refreshing beer.

Pours a clear pale straw color, highly effervescent, with two fat fingers of dense, yellowed head. Good retention and lacing.
Mild aroma of grassy hops and light biscuit.
Light toast and lemon up front in the taste, with sulfur and grassy bitterness coming in stronger in the finish. Relatively clean, somewhat cardboard aftertaste.
Light bodied with light carbonation.
A nice, clean pilsner.
