DDH West Coast IPA, Brewed with our dear friend Jesse Brown of Formula Beers Issaqyah WA. When Jesse flew out from the West Coast a few weeks ago we had the pleasure of brewing two beers with him, a crispy pilsner that's currently lagering at fridged temperatures and West Coast IPA was a must! This modern West Coast is extremely lean and dry with a gentle bitterness. Brewed with Simcoe, Motueka Cryo, Mosaic, and HBC630 on the hot side. Double dry hopped with Mosaic Incognito, Citra, more Mosaic, Motueka Cryo, and Nelson Cryo. Saturated with oily resin, dank cannabis, zingy grapefruit, spruce tips, and blueberries.
This collaboration was a natural fit, as Jesse not only used to brew on our equipment but he is also a world-class beer judge and an infinite source of feedback on our creations.
