2020 vintage, into a snifter.
Pours a dark, clear yellow, very little foam. Aroma is deep sour and funk with some pine. Flavor follows the nose with an extremely long, sweet finish. It moves from heavily sour and funky to spicy juniper, to finally sweet citrus. Lots going on here. The Barrique signature funk is on full display here as well. Feel is good, almost completely still, most likely due to the age on the bottle. Overall a very weird but tasty experience, almost too much. Very grassy and strange. Overall a cool bottle but I think it's a little too old for the bright flavors to pop.
