Murky opaque brownish orangey body with a cream colored head, not a looker. Smells strongly of the English yeast with not that much breadiness to be honest, but getting plenty of earthy hop, golden raisin and floral tones. Taste starts with the golden raisin and maybe a pinch of lemon zest, but definitely some toffee malt, then the dry and almost grainy yeast comes in, slight biscuit and earthy hops on the end. Feel is driven by the yeast with a light and airy complexion, very dry.

This one pours a golden amber color, with a small white head, and lots of lacing.
This smells slightly of toffee, with some tea, caramel, and breadiness.
This is exactly what I want for a bitter – it’s quite nice. It’s got some malty sweetness but it’s not overly sweet, with bready, biscuity malt, some orange jam and some tea, and a bit of bitterness on the back end.
This is light bodied, slightly creamy, and very drinkable.
I’m always gonna be happy when I have some bitter in my hands.
