Built on a lean base of pils malt and floral rye. ​New Zealand Nelson Sauvin leads the charge, weaving threads of white grape, gooseberry, and diesel-soaked citrus. Simcoe and Mosaic Cryo add pine resin, mango skin, and crushed berry, while Strata lends a pulse of passionfruit and tropical haze. Bitter, dry, and luminous.
