On tap at the brewery in a wine type glass.
Gold and slightly hazy with a good finger of white head. Behold, there’s actually lacing on a sour!
Wet sweet blanket, mostly general funk with some sweet spruce shooting out now and then.
Meyer lemon, candied spruce, wild sourness, herbal. Complex and interesting.
Moderate body and decently sweet, but it still has a puckering sour and somewhat bitter finish. Medium carbonation helps explode the flavors on the tongue.
Very interesting wild beer. The spruce comes through, but it isn’t an overpowering flavor. It surprisingly plays very well with the funky wild flavors.
