This traditional Cream Ale pays homage to the Cream Ales of the olden days. Generous amounts of flaked corn are added in the mash to provide a crisp, somewhat sweet drinking experience and is balanced beautifully by light additions of Nugget hops. This easy rider is best enjoyed while enjoying the views and sounds of the vibrant Susquehanna Street we call home!

On tap at the brewery.
A - Pale gold with thin white lacing and low carbonation.
S - Overall aroma is mild light malt base aroma with a touch of cream on the 'ol sniffers.
T - Lightly sweet malt, some citrus hanging out on the under layers, and a cream presence flowing over top. Ends balanced with some nice bitterness lingering around and slight cream residue.
M - Light medium body with delicate pricklies.
O - This is a really fantastic beer with a slight twist on the style.

Pours a golden straw with over a finger of head. The nose has the essence of grain. The flavor is a nice balance of maltiness and crisp dryness. This is a nice effort and very sessionable but there is nothing special here.
