Pale ales? Those are still around? You betcha they are, and this one (as the kids say) SLAPS! Munich malt and West Coast hops come together to form a perfect union. Simcoe and Cashmere hops combine to provide enough bitterness to take you back to the 90’s and enough citrus character to keep you grounded in the 21st century. We brewed this beer specifically to enjoy with food at one of our favorite eateries in Allentown, Union and Finch, where you’ll find this beer exclusively on their draught lines. Whether you’re enjoying this beer with cheese curds at U&F or chilling on the couch its sure to be the perfect beer either way.

Pours a light copper color with a finger of head. The nose has a decent blend of citrusy hops and maltiness. The flavor profile is fairly hoppy for the style but the body is on the lighter side.
