Pours a golden straw color with a full finger of head. The nose has a crackery quality but I'm not really getting that classic pilsner maltiness. The flavor is light and crisp. Again, this doesn't seem to me to be a classic pilsner as much as it is a crisp and clean American lager that can be sessioned on a hot day.

Got this one in a can from a friend who lives in the same town as the Brewery.
Poured into a clear glass beer mug. Golden color with a good thick head. The smell was of a typical beer with faint wisps of hops and malt. The taste was a good one that made it easy to drink, especially when you're looking for a good thirst quencher. I liked it and I could see myself drinking a few of these on hot and humid days.

On tap at the source.
A - Clear medium gold color with gentle carbonation and creamy lacing.
S - Light crackery malt base with very light citrus. Aroma is incredibly light and almost not even there.
T - Crisp cracker malt with a tad bit of sweetness up front followed with some earthiness, and a little bit of citrus and berry. Leaves a slight berry residue over top of a really dry palate.
M - Medium body with a bone dry finish.
O - Crisp and refreshing with an interesting "twist".
