A collaborative brew from Bald Birds and McCall Collective. A fresh take on the German Kölsch style, Köhlsch Cash was fermented in an oak foeder and lightly dry-hopped with Cashmere hops.

On tap at the brewery.
A - Pours a hazy light gold color with a dense thin ring. (It's a pretty unusual clarity for a Kolsch, IMO.)
S - Oddly smells like a barnyard.
T - Faint lime, melon, and some citrus buried in the mix.
M - Light medium body
O - The taste has some redeeming qualities but the nose is off-putting. The most unique "Kolsch" I've ever had.
