On top at the source.
A - Hazy dark medium golden color with dense frothy lacing resting on top.
S - Aroma is on the light side with delicate caramel malt underneath a layer of tropical fruit.
T - A nip of sweet malt up front before being crushed by a wall of tropical fruit, pepper fruit rind, and some alcohol heat. Starts sweet but ends balanced with a nice, lingering tropical fruit sweetness along with the balancing bitterness.
M - Big medium body with some warming on the way down and some dryness on the palate. Leaves a healthy cotton layer of hops lining the mouth.
O - This is an easy drinker but I'd consider it more of a D-IPA and not a Triple like it says on the menu (which is stretching things a bit).
