A - Dark medium gold color with dense white, creamy lacing and light carbonation.
S - Primarily pear and apple on the nose, very fruity overall.
T - Apple dominates along with some sweet Belgian candy sugar and finishes on the more tart apple side.
M - Medium body with prickly carbonation. There's a small bit of warming in the back of the throat from the ABV but it's minimal.
O - McCall got creative with this one and it definitely strays from the traditional style. Too much apple for my liking, drinks more like a hard cider with a well hidden big ABV.
