Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is dark brown, amber edges, head is light tan with fine bubbles and presents one finger thick, head lingers but dissipates to mixed frothy top and some spotty lacing on the glass sides.

Smell is sweet bread, light molasses and hint of caramel, toast, very light dark fruit, earthy hops.

Taste is more sweet bread, caramel, light molasses, toast, dark fruit, earthy hops.

Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness.

Overall a great dark lager with moderate sweetness and light bitterness to balance; maybe just want a bit more carbonation.

A - Dark raisin colored pour that appears dark brown and has thin cream colored lacing.

S - Dark fruit, molasses, raisins, and a hint of chocolate malt.

T - A really nice blend between chocolate and dark fruit with a subtle, balanced finish.

M - Medium body with gentle carbonation.

O - This is a really easy, nice drinking Lager.
