16oz can courtesy of @jzeilinger
Poured into a Unibroue tulip
P deep mahogany w/ a khaki cap
N med nose of toffee, nuttiness, subtle dark fruit (plum), and maybe a bit of cocoa as well; pleasant
T light bready malt w/ semi-sweet and toasty character, followed by nuttiness and light plum; some cocoa in the aftertaste
Mf smooth light-med body w/ med carb; glides over the tongue; very lightly creamy
O a smooth and drinkable doppelbock; thanks, J!
