12 oz. bottle. Slightly hazy golden body. Smells of sourdough bread, grassy hops, and a slight green apple fruitiness. Tastes of grassy hops up front, a touch of grain behind it that turns into doughy malt flavors. Back end is just a little yeasty with an almost tangy bite, again reminiscent of that sourdough aroma. Finishes with lingering doughy sweetness and spicy hop bitterness after the tang dies down. Light body. I am certainly no expert on this style, but this seems to be pretty damned good.

Lovely hazy pear colored with a fluffy white head of 1 finger.

Aromas of hay and apples respectively, with some light floral notes behind that.

Crisp, clean, and bready. It's very delicious and refreshing. Some light notes of apple and pear, some straw/hay notes faintly tailing. Bready finish.

Feel is crisp and clean as well, exciting carbonation, ends clean.

Overall, a stellar beer that I wish was sold outside of the brewery.

Pours pale straw with thick one finger head.
The aroma is doughy malts, cracker and a strong yeastiness.
The flavor was sweet bready malt with a light fruitiness finishing with a very weak but pleasant earthy hop. It's an outstanding beer. I wish I bought more.

Pours a cold-haze gold with a foamy white head that fades fairly fast and leaves spotty lace.
Aroma is baked bread, cracker, spice with a hint of yogurt.
Taste is biscuit, fruity yeast notes, grain.
Mouthfeel is beautifully well rounded, a bit bubbly and almost creamy.
Excellent beer.

This is a fantastic zwickelbier. Nice lemon and bready flavors, very reminiscent of Weihenstephaner 1516 which was one of the best beers of 2016 for me. I hope I get the chance to drink this again, fresher and in greater quantities.
