Welcome 2026 with Brewmaster Dan Carey’s bold architectural gem. With finesse, earned in over 40 years of brewing, his foundational 22°P builds to 10% ABV with rich colors of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana and Czech craft malts. His rare Belgian yeast scrapes the sky with a northwest breeze of Crystal and Slovenian Celeia hops. This Belgian Quadruple delivers a high strength classic to be enjoyed with a fire tonight or rested for a future celebration.

Pours a dark caramel color with a vigorous four finger head. Lots of yeasty bubbles! Aroma is caramely with something akin to dried plums at the edges. Taste is wonderful, with a well balanced bready and malt taste. I also get toffee overtones, which nicely compliments the entire package. Easily quaffed and highly recommended.

12 oz can stamped G0 36 11:36 into a goblet.
L: Pours murky rusty brown color with a 1/4" off white head that recedes quickly to edge foam, steady light carbo, no lacing.
F: A complex array of fruits, light grains, pastry dough.
T: Lightly sweet orchard fruits, pear, wild berries, gentle yeast, a note of apple skin bitterness, rhubarb tartness and lightly sweet overall with distant malts at the end of the finish.
F: Very brisk and lightly effervescent medium bodied mouthfeel with a medium-long medium-dry finish. It dries the center of the tongue. Feel becomes fairly smooth as the beer warms.
O: A very easy drinking beer even at 10% ABV. Tastes are beautifully balanced and for the most part it is sweet & tart. It is delicate, fairly full-flavored, and finishes a bit dry. It is outstanding.

Pours a nearly clear ruby brown color with a foamy khaki colored head that leaves a cap on the beer and moderate lacing. Absolutely gorgeous Belgian Quad.
The nose features rich caramel notes, spicy phenols courtesy of the Belgian yeast, and stone fruits, with plums and raisins in a starring role.
The taste really centers around the spicy phenols, with the rich caramel, raisins, and plums providing balance and an exquisite depth to this world class quad with a surprisingly crisp mouthfeel.

Appearance: Clear dark red, good head.
Smell: Earthy, sweet, dark fruits.
Taste: Starts mildly sweet, then shifts to earthy with stewed dark fruits. Medium bodied with plenty of carbonation. Continues earthy through the finish.
Overall: A quadrupel with lots of earthy flavor. Not particularly sweet, it kind of reminds me of an earthy scotch, interesting flavors to be had but not for the timid.
