Quite a bit of citrus on the palate for a Saison. A bit of hay and bubblegum. Seems inspired by Saison Dupont and maybe Hennepin, albeit at a modest ABV. Very nice and appropriate for Summer sipping, although it’s a touch too thick to be a real quaffer.
