This Petite Saison is very floral with hints of barnyard funk, fresh-cut grass, and bubblegum. Hallertau Blanc hops add a punch of lemongrass and elderflower with a lemony dry finish.

Crowler filled at the brewpub earlier today. Hazy yellow gold, slow rising carb trails, a finger of foam and chunky lacing.
Aroma is yeast forward with mild phenolics, lightly floral and grassy.
Mild grassy bitterness, peppery, fruity. Dried apple or pear, mild lemongrass bitterness. Light bodied and crisp, supple feel, light carb. Overall very drinkable and a great Spring seasonal.
