Tourist Trap Kolsch pours a very clean, bronze little head. The aroma is very dry, with a hint of dry rice. The flavor is nice and bitter, with a cereal note. Good feel.

Drank at Oak Park Micro Brew Review 2022. Light, crisp, and a fruity finish. A decent kolsch that was just released less than two months ago (180 UnTappd ratings.) But they probably should re-release without the smart-ass name since, as a gastropub on Michigan Avenue... they don't want to bill themselves as a Tourist Trap.
For my obligatory micro-review... it seems that Crushed by Giants, Corridor Provisions (in the Lakeview neighborhood) and DryHop Brewers are related-owned together and sell the same beers with food menus varying. This is an interesting concept to brew for the food menus of three different restaurants (although the menus seem similar.) Anyway with DryHop almost ten years old, they seem to be doing well with this strategy.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
