Bottle: Poured a clear blonde color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt notes with nice Brett notes and funky ester. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some light rustic malt notes and fantastic Brett notes with funky ester and light peppery notes also perceptible and a dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Super saison with high drinkability and great mix of complexity.
