Our single-hop pilsner is named after the Shark River, where we've had a lot of fun over the years, and which may actually be a bay and not a river, but who's counting? River or bay, pilsner or lager, what you call it is not as important as how much you enjoy it. And with this crisp, clean, refreshing, and most importantly delicious beer that is everything you'd want in a pilsner, you will most definitely enjoy it. We did it all with the amazing Loral hop, the super-noble variety that makes our Czech-style beer a Bold American original.

Medium carbonation with a just below average body
Aroma is malty bread, cereal,grain, earthy honey
Taste was mildly sweet with a really well done hop bite to match. Some buckwheat honey,malt, bread.
Really nice beer that was more com ok mex as it warmed a bit. Would look for this again
