Well that was quick.Another year down. 14 new beers launched,15 repeat beers released,and one brewery built-but not yet opened!With a lot to celebrate this year,we wanted to make our second anniversary ale extra special.So we again made a thick, rich, chocolatey Stout using our Belgian abbey ale yeast,transferred it to Maker's Mark bourbon barrels,and aged it for a robust 18 months,adding in vanilla, chocolate,toasted coconut,and dark sweet cherries over time.Not finished yet,we then blended in some of our first anniversary ale as well,tying this beer back to the origins of Ross Brewing,allowing for a full expression of our journey from the company's beginning through now. And for what is once again our biggest and best.We give you-Year Two.
