LOOK: Pours a very clear and bright pale straw yellow with snow white loose head. The color is lighter than a typical Czech style Pilsner. The head holds a bit before receding to a thin skin while continuing to display solid side glass lace.
AROMA: Herbal and peppery hops along with a faint malt character.
TASTE: Pilsner style is spot on with its pleasantly biting hops and clean crisp character and drying finish.

Pilsner scores IMO suffer as a result of their mundane and easy drinking beer character. In it's style this is a real nice Pils., and I score it as such.

Poured into a wide mouth grip shaped goblet: color is straw, transparent, light effervescence, head is brighter white and presents quickly at less than one finger thick then dissipates to thin top and ring along the glass sides.

Smell is light pilsner malt, light grassy hops.

Taste is pretty clean pilsner malt with biscuit and light toast, hint of grass and earthy hops, light herbal quality.

Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, low/moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness, light lingering sweetness and bitterness.

Overall a crisp, lightly sweet and moderately hopped Czech=-style pils.
