Slow pour example.
Pours yellow with three fingers of dense, white foam. Great retention, with still gold liquid below. Aroma is crackers, wafers, biscuits, and earthy malts. A light accent comes via grassy hops, but it's steadfast malts otherwise. Flavor profile is crackers, wafers, biscuits, earthy, and bread with a big, bready bite at the end. Grassy hops add a touch of depth, but really work to smooth out the malt profile. Finish is dry. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a smooth and creamy texture. Overall, a big, creamy, doughy, and smooth lager that showboats malts with spry hops for accents.
