Pours a mostly clear, semi-dark yellow with a finger of white foam. Aroma is biscuits, grain, lemon, grass, and earthy malts. There is faint citrus along with some very light buttery notes. Flavor profile brings even more forward, but all in nuanced ways. Malts hit notes of wafery, grainy, bready, and biscuity with grassy, and light orange rind via the hops. It has a dry finish lead by malts. Mouth feel is soft with low carbonation. It's lightly crisp. Thickness is medium-thin. Overall, malt heavy and forward, but true to form with the dry finish.
