Pours a burgundy-pink with a light haze to the transparency. Head is two fingers of frothy, foamy light pink. Aroma is rose, stone, earth, oak, and faint, light cherries. It has a pleasant tartness to it, just enough to add a little more dynamic and shift to the nose. Flavor profile is lead by rose, cherries, and raspberries. Of the fruit notes, cherry comes first, followed by raspberry. Stone and earth show up later. Taste carries a much more sharp tartness than the nose, bordering on sour. Sourness is accentuated by lemon. Acidity is mild at the start, but it builds rather quickly throughout the flavor profile, peaking around the final 3/4 mark. Oak and earthness move more forward as the beer warms, pushing the cherry and raspberry notes to a more mild level. Mouth feel is sharp effervescence, and with it, a prickly texture. Thickness is medium. Overall, fruit forward and with good tartness behind.
