This beer leads with a morning after campfire aroma filling the nose.
Brewed with our friends from Wichita Brewing Company and Blind Tiger Brewery over a fireside chat of their own. The 50% Smoked Beachwood Malt gives the upfront Smokey nose but the sweet caramel maltiness is the real star. Finishing dry and crisp this winter inspired lager will warm you up on a cold January night.

Pours a dark brown with a clear transparency. Head is two fingers of khaki foam. Aroma is smoke right up front. caramel, toffee, and toasty malts combine with grassy hops and some woodiness to round out the nose. Flavor profile leans right back into smoke, with caramel, toffee, and molasses just behind it. A sprinkle or grassy and zesty hops, mild woodiness, and faint char round it out. It's balanced, with the late bitter notes countering some of the initial spy and sweet notes. Mouth feel is semi-crisp with a medium thickness and soft finish. Overall, really incredible. It's smoke forward, but it nets a great balance.
