Le Pesche Mode aged on peaches picked from the orchards at South Baldwin Farms in Baldwin City. KS. Late last summer we harvested these peaches and let the beer age for 4 months. The result was this smooth, rich, and tart wild ale that will brighten any day. The tartness and slight funk of our house wild yeast is cut by the creamy sweetness of the peaches that leave a subtlety to this brew that is truely unique.

Pours a pale yellow with a heavy haze to the translucency. Head is two fingers of white foam with good retention. Aroma is peaches - big. Stone and grassy hops add some extra depth. It has a punchy tart start with mild acidity behind. Flavor profile is peaches, again, from all angles. Tangy sourness mixed with mild acidity. Really fun sipping. Mouth feel is fuzzy and soft with a medium thickness. Overall, a heavy peach beer with some lovely tart, funky qualities.
