Pours a clear dark orange-copper with two fingers of white foam on top. Aroma is apples, caramel, bread, and spicy yeast. Grassy and spicy hops add some additional dynamic changes. Flavor profile is bread, caramel, spicy & grassy hops. Yeast spice comes in late this time. It's slightly sticky and certainly lightly sweet. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is a delicate but firm crispness. Overall, sticky but pleasant Maibock.
