Tart peach Grisette
Lightly tart kettle sour farmhouse with fresh peaches added during fermentation. A spritely addition to your warm-weather lounging, Hallo Pêche is our take on the illusive French & Belgian inspired mountain brew. First brewed: April 2020.

Curbside carry-away from Beermiscuous. (Still waiting for lock-down to end, so I can walk in there.)
Hallo Peche is a wonderfully refreshing ale with great timing... on the first really hot/humid day of 2020.
Peche Looks peach-colored; no foam, but this is becoming too normal with the newer saisons innovating more fruits and less barley. Smells are full-on peachy and inviting. Tastes are a well-balanced peach tart; a pleasant surprise from the nouvelle trend to Brett-it or sour-it (and charge substantially more.) In the mouth, the peach and the bubbles refresh and do their job... but at 4.1, I can't say this is full-bodied. My compliments to the brewer. (Next time, I'll have Peche with a summer meal.)
A brand-new baby brewer! Just added yesterday to BA. I went on their website/Instagram and am glad to see a professional image in so short a time. The influence/support of Pilot Project Brewing must help this venture along. Now is not a good time to start a brewery, but the Kitchen already has six northside Chicago outlets... so that is a start. I wish them well and expect to find more at Beermiscuous... if I ever get in there.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
