Blonde Stout
Malty, marshmallowy, chocolatey, rich with coffee, and... blonde? Ogopogo is our take on a creamy golden stout. Smooth and mellow. First brewed: January 2020.

It seems blonde stouts are in the American rubric.
And why not ?
Invention is a good thing.
And the chief invention here is my choosing to drink ogopogo as refreshment after a summer bike ride.
And you know what, it serves that purpose pretty good.
ogopogo Looks different, so I can't give it lots of points for that. But it certainly Smells interesting: malt and coffee and vanilla. It Tastes like it can be a dessert ale, but its combinations stand on its own as...as.... interestingly interesting. It sits in my mouth with no apparent chemical additives and even cleanses my palate.
I've now had two from Brewer's Kitchen. Other than chocolate, I will to experiment to find food that goes with ogopogo. But interesting is as interesting does. Try this experience.
