I've now had 10 from Brewer's Kitchen and 7 have been saisons or wits and this makes 8. But since UnTappd also calls this a "Brett" beer, I contest not. But as disclosure, I am Brett-insensitive and Field of Spires is mild and well below my "yuk" threshold.
As the first review, I should write more than this. But I have to run off to the kitchen to prepare dinner.... So, Field Looks are nice but slightly above average, Smells are full-on fruit, Tastes are balanced and Feel is refreshing and nicely soft.
To get another chance at Spires, I should visit Pilot Project soon. BK may be my favorite micro in their orbit. (Funkytown is a close second.) But what makes BK my favorite is their culinary quest and they name their ales more poetically than any micro I can think of.
7/11/22 Finally got another copy, but from Beermiscuous again. However, I'm convinced that Field is worth buying a 4-pack; so I will visit Pilot Project again (for that and other good reasons.) Had Field tonight not with Mexican food (as it probably was designed for), but with Indian food. Field was soft on the mouth, calming... much like is needed with most Mexican food. While lagers are best with both kitchens, it is an accomplishment to brew for one spicy kitchen and have it work in another a half a world away.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
