Fruited double gose w/ strawberry & hibiscus
"Summer Kings" (the nickname of strawberries in Holland) is hopped w/ a mix of Galaxy & Nelson Sauvin. We add fresh strawberry purée, French (gray) sea salt, & coriander in the boil. Fermented w/ our favorite Norwegian farmhouse ale yeast, and blend in a hibiscus tea pre-packaging.
