Pours a clear, pale golden coloration with a medium, foamy head and visible carbonation. Smells of sweet'ish, doughy, biscuity malt and herbal, grassy hops. Taste is a pretty even balance between some sweet'ish, slightly toasted doughy, bready malt and quite herbal and grassy, but also somewhat floral hops coming through a bit more towards the finish, with just a hint of hay and a certain mineral note as well. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some bready malt and herbal hops lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and medium/strong carbonation.

I'm not really a Pilsner Person, but this does have a very niceand even balance of sweet, bready malt and herbal, grassy, somewhat floral hops going for it, almost like a cross between a German and Bohemian Pilsner.

From the bottle, it pours a golden color with a nice head that very slowly dissipates as you enjoy it. Bready and a bit spicy hoppy in the nose - pleasant overall. In the mouth, it is pilsner bitter with a solid malt base. Yum!

2024 update: yum!
