From the half liter bottle, it pours a hazy light brown/dark amber color with a modest, for a weizen, light tan head that slowly diminishes. Scent is wheaty, with notes of banana and clove. Taste follows nose with some roasted malt coming through. Dangerously easy to drink for a weizenbock at 8%.
